Protection policy

Discrete Loads offers garment protection options at checkout so you can order with peace of mind. Draft policy — finalize with your insurer before live launch.

  • Basic (free): up to $50 per garment, $300 per order maximum.
  • Premium ($2.50): up to $100 per garment, $500 per order maximum.
  • Premium+ ($4.75): up to $150 per garment, $1,000 per order maximum.

Claims should be submitted within 14 days of delivery with supporting details. Final decisions are made by Discrete Loads after review. We wash lights/darks separately by default and keep orders tagged and separated.
