Do I need to be home?

Usually no. Choose a pickup spot (front door, back door, front desk, or custom) and leave instructions. Contact-free is our default.

How does pricing work?

Standard is $1.00/lb and Express is $2.00/lb, with a $30 minimum. You get an estimate from bag count; we weigh at pickup for the final total.

When do you charge my card?

We place a temporary hold for your estimate (plus a buffer) when you book. After weigh-in we capture the final amount. Card details are processed by Stripe — we never store your full card number.

What area do you serve?

We currently serve ZIP 54501 (Rhinelander, WI). More zip codes will be added over time.

What if my laundry has health hazards?

Please don’t include feces, vomit, heavily urine-soaked items, strong urine odor, bugs, mold, or large clumps of matted pet hair. A $20 fee may apply, items may be returned as-is, and repeated issues can close an account.

Is my laundry kept separate?

Yes. Orders are tagged at pickup and kept separate through wash, dry, and fold.
