Privacy policy

Draft for Discrete Loads (discreteload.com). We collect account details (name, phone, email), service addresses, order history, and preferences to provide laundry pickup and delivery.

Payments: Card and PayPal details are processed by Stripe (and PayPal where enabled). We do not store full card numbers or CVV on our servers. We may store Stripe customer IDs and limited payment metadata (e.g. last4, brand).
